We are hiring an Operations Manager to support a distinguished hospitality brand. This is a highly hands-on leadership role for a service-driven professional who thrives on the floor, leads by example, and takes pride in delivering consistently elevated guest experiences. You will work closely with Restaurant Managers and senior leadership to ensure operational excellence, service consistency, and strong team performance across all outlets.
What You'll Do:
Oversee and support daily operations across multiple outlets, ensuring seamless and consistently elevated service standards
Maintain an active floor presence, stepping into service where needed to uphold operational excellence
Champion a refined service culture and ensure memorable guest experiences, including VIP occasions and private events
Conduct regular operational walk-throughs to ensure adherence to SOPs, presentation standards, cleanliness, and service flow
Plan and optimise staffing rosters to ensure thoughtful manpower allocation and operational efficiency
Guide, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers and supervisory teams to uphold high performance standards
Lead structured briefings, training sessions, and shift handovers to reinforce service excellence
Oversee guest experience touchpoints, including service recovery and engagement with regular and VIP guests
Monitor reservations and ensure smooth coordination during peak service periods
Review inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to support uninterrupted operations
Analyse daily operational reports and provide meaningful insights to senior management
Support special projects, curated events, and cross-outlet initiatives as required
What You Bring:
Minimum 7 years of experience in F&B or hospitality operations, ideally within multi-outlet or premium dining environments
Proven ability to lead teams in a hands-on, service-driven capacity
Strong appreciation for refined service standards and guest experience excellence
Excellent organisational, planning, and problem-solving capabilities
Confident, composed communicator with the ability to lead effectively on the floor
