Operations Supervisor / Area Manager (New Brand Development)

We are launching a brand-new concept specializing in fresh fruit juices, smoothies, and cut fruits, and we are looking for an experienced, hands-on professional to help build the brand from the ground up.

If you have experience in fruit juice or smoothie operations and enjoy creating systems, developing products, and leading teams, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the setup and launch of the new brand.
• Develop and standardise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct Research & Development (R&D) for smoothies, fresh juices, fruit bowls, and other menu items.
• Source ingredients and recommend suitable equipment and suppliers.
• Design efficient kitchen and operational workflows.
• Establish food preparation, quality control, hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Recruit, train, and supervise outlet staff.
• Monitor inventory, food cost, wastage, and productivity.
• Ensure consistent product quality and excellent customer experience.
• Support new outlet openings and continuous operational improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in the smoothie, fresh juice, fruit bar, café, or F&B industry.
• Experience in setting up new outlets or brands will be a strong advantage.
• Strong knowledge of smoothie, juice, and fresh fruit preparation.
• Experience developing SOPs, recipes, and operational processes.
• Familiar with food hygiene and food safety standards.
• Hands-on, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
