Job Summary

You will manage daily outlet operations, lead and train staff, ensure consistent food quality and service standards, and drive operational improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and business performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily outlet operations to ensure smooth service during peak meal periods and maintain operational efficiency
• Lead, train, and supervise outlet crew to uphold company standards in food quality, service, and cleanliness
• Monitor food preparation, portioning, presentation, and serving speed to ensure consistent product quality
• Plan and schedule staff rosters to maintain sufficient manpower for daily operations
• Manage stock levels, coordinate supplier orders, and control wastage to optimize inventory management
• Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues promptly and professionally to maintain customer satisfaction
• Oversee POS transactions, cash handling, delivery platform orders, and prepare daily sales reports accurately
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene regulations, workplace safety standards, and company SOPs
• Collaborate with management to analyze outlet workflow, implement cost control measures, and improve sales performance

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior supervisory or outlet management experience in F&B environments preferred
• Experience in hawker centers, food courts, quick-service, or high-volume F&B settings is advantageous
• Familiarity with local noodle dishes, mee huen kueh, or traditional food concepts is a plus
• Basic knowledge of POS systems, stock taking, and sales reporting preferred
• Food hygiene certification is advantageous
