- 1. Operations Management
- Oversee daily FOH and BOH operations, ensuring smooth service during both dining and
nightlife hours
- Manage opening and closing procedures, ensuring adherence to SOPs
- Ensure optimal manpower deployment across shifts (service crew, bar, kitchen, security,
hosts)
- Maintain service quality standards and ensure consistent guest experience
- 2. Team Leadership & People Management
- Lead, supervise, and mentor outlet staff including supervisors and team leads
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance
- Conduct training and onboarding for new hires (service standards, SOPs, compliance)
- Handle staff disciplinary matters, grievances, and performance reviews
- 3. Guest Experience & Service Excellence
- Ensure high standards of customer service across dining and nightlife operations
- Manage guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery
- Build relationships with VIP guests and regular clientele
- Work closely with Guest Relations / Host team to optimise table management and
reservations
- 4. Financial & Cost Control
- Monitor daily sales, revenue performance, and key KPIs
- Manage outlet P&L including labour cost, food cost, and beverage cost
- Control wastage, shrinkage, and operational expenses
- Work with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- 5. Compliance & Licensing
- Ensure full compliance with Singapore regulations (NEA, SFA, MOM, Liquor License, Public
Entertainment License)
- Enforce workplace safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
- Ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs
- 6. Inventory & Supply Chain
- Oversee inventory management for food, beverages, and operational supplies
- Conduct regular stock checks and ensure proper ordering levels
- Work with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency
- 7. Events & Nightlife Operations
- Coordinate and oversee events, promotions, and special activations
- Work closely with Marketing and Partnerships team on campaigns and events
- Ensure smooth execution of DJ nights, corporate events, and private bookings
- 8. Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Prepare operational reports (sales, manpower, incidents, feedback)
- Analyse performance and implement improvement strategies
- Continuously refine SOPs to improve efficiency and service quality
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
