Outlet Service Crew

Responsibilities

• Serve customers and take orders
• Prepare and pack food items
• Operate POS and handle cashless payments
• Replenish stock and ingredients
• Maintain outlet cleanliness
• Open and close outlet when required
• Follow SOPs for food preparation and food safety
• Assist customers with enquiries
• Monitor product quality and display

Requirements

• Friendly and customer-oriented
• Able to work independently
• Comfortable standing for long hours
• Able to work weekends and public holidays
• Responsible and punctual
• Experience in F&B or retail is a bonus, but training will be provided

Working Hours

• 5 days per week
• 12pm to 10pm / 11am to 9pm / 8am to 7pm

Salary

• Full-time: $2,000–$2,600
