👨‍🍳 Position: Pastry Chef (Full-Time)
📍 Location: Central Singapore
💰 Salary: Up to $4,500/month (based on experience)

Responsibilities
✅ Handle a specific pastry section
✅ Execute recipes set by the Pastry Chef
✅ Prepare daily mise en place
✅ Ensure consistent quality & presentation
✅ Supervise Commis / Junior Bakers
✅ Maintain hygiene and workstation standards
✅ Monitor stock and minimise wastage

Requirements
✔️ Strong knowledge of pastry preparation, ingredients & kitchen operations
✔️ Good leadership and problem-solving skills
✔️ Familiar with food safety and industry best practices
