l  Prepare and serve daily meals exclusively for a private household.

Requirements

l  Minimum 8 years of culinary experience in premium restaurants,luxury hotels, or private households.

l  Strong expertise in both International and Asian cuisines

l  Strong expertise in ChineseHuaiyang cuisine (mainly light flavors)..

l  Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, foodpresentation, and cooking methods.

l  Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

l  Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability tounderstand and anticipate employer preferences.

l  Professional, discreet, and service-oriented mindset

l  Fluent in Mandarin
