Procurement & Logistics Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement of food ingredients, beverages, packaging, and restaurant supplies.
• Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality, pricing, and timely delivery.
• Issue purchase orders and monitor order fulfilment.
• Coordinate deliveries with suppliers and ensure adequate inventory levels.
• Maintain inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
• Work with the kitchen and operations team to forecast purchasing needs.
• Monitor food costs and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure proper storage and stock rotation in accordance with food safety requirements.
• Maintain procurement records and prepare inventory and purchasing reports.
• Perform other procurement and operational duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of procurement or inventory management experience, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Good negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
