RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop, implement, and maintain food quality assurance and food safety systems.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, HACCP, GMP, ISO standards, and company policies.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of kitchens, production areas, storage facilities, and outlets.
Monitor food preparation, handling, storage, packaging, and distribution to ensure quality standards are met.
Investigate customer complaints related to food quality and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Review and update quality assurance procedures, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Train employees on food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and quality standards.
Monitor supplier quality and evaluate raw materials and finished products.
Maintain quality assurance records, inspection reports, audit findings, and compliance documentation.
Coordinate with production, operations, purchasing, and management to improve product quality and operational efficiency.
Identify quality risks and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with local food safety regulations and health authority requirements.
Lead internal and external quality audits and support certification processes.
Perform other quality assurance and compliance duties assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in quality assurance, food safety, or quality management within the Food & Beverage industry.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, quality management systems, and sanitation practices.
Experience in conducting internal and external quality audits.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software.
Ability to prepare quality reports, maintain documentation, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
High attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to continuous improvement.
Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
