Job Summary

You will prepare high-quality traditional authentic Bangladesh and Indian dishes, specializing in Bangladesh cuisine, ensuring fresh preparation and adherence to food standards while managing ingredient planning and stock rotation.

Responsibilities

• Cook traditional authentic Bangladesh and Indian dishes with a specialty in Bangladesh cuisine to meet quality standards
• Apply knowledge of herbs and spices properties and usage to prepare Bangladesh dishes authentically
• Prepare all dishes freshly and ensure food safety and quality standards are consistently met
• Plan and organize ingredients for next-day preparation and customer orders to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Understand and fulfill customer requirements according to their orders
• Develop and introduce new dishes and menus to enhance the food offerings
• Monitor and enforce stock rotation procedures according to inventory management practices
• Demonstrate experience and expertise in all Bangladesh cuisines during food preparation
• Maintain consistent food quality throughout service periods
• Work effectively under pressure during peak and busy periods to meet demand
• Be available to work within opening hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends
