Job Description & Requirements

Job Summary
You will cook high-quality, authentic traditional Bangladesh dishes, using your knowledge of herbs and spices to prepare food that meets established standards. You will plan and arrange ingredients for daily preparation and orders, understand customer requirements, introduce new dishes and menus, and monitor stock rotation to maintain inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare traditional Bangladesh dishes using authentic cooking methods and appropriate herbs and spices to ensure high-quality food
• Plan and organize ingredients for the next day’s preparation and customer orders to maintain smooth kitchen operations
• Interpret and fulfill customer requirements accurately according to orders received
• Develop and introduce new dishes and menus to enhance the variety and appeal of offerings
• Monitor and enforce stock rotation procedures to maintain inventory freshness and reduce waste
• Maintain consistent food quality by following established food standards and preparation techniques
• Manage kitchen workload effectively during busy periods to ensure timely food preparation and service
• The ability to work under pressure.
• Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends)
