Job Summary

Welcome diners and build positive relationships while managing restaurant operations to ensure a smooth, safe, and efficient dining experience. Lead recruitment, training, scheduling, financial monitoring, stock management, and regulatory compliance to drive team performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet diners warmly and resolve customer complaints to maintain positive relationships and enhance guest experience
• Oversee dining room, bar, and kitchen operations to ensure a welcoming and efficient environment
• Recruit, onboard, and train qualified servers, hosts, and bartenders to build a skilled team
• Develop rosters and schedules that provide adequate shift coverage while adhering to labor budget constraints
• Motivate staff through pre-shift meetings and ongoing performance feedback to sustain high team engagement
• Monitor sales and operational expenses; prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports to support business decisions
• Manage inventory by conducting stock audits and coordinating timely ordering of food, beverages, and supplies
• Enforce compliance with food safety, hygiene standards, and local licensing regulations to ensure legal and safe operations
• Maintain restaurant facilities and equipment to guarantee safe and efficient functioning
• Multitask and solve problems effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment to maintain smooth operations
• Demonstrate passion for delivering excellent customer service that exceeds guest expectations
