岗位职责：

全面负责餐厅日常运营与管理工作

带领团队提供高品质服务，提升顾客满意度

管理及培训服务团队，建立高效协作机制

控制成本、优化流程，确保营运效率与盈利能力

处理客户反馈与突发情况，维护品牌形象

任职要求：

新加坡公民或永久居民优先（PR）

具备高级中餐厅相关工作经验（至少5年以上管理经验优先）

熟悉餐厅运营流程及服务标准

具备良好的沟通能力与领导能力

工作责任心强，能适应快节奏环境

工作时间：

5.5天工作制

薪资福利：

薪资最高可达 SGD 5,000（视经验与能力而定）

We are a high-end Chinese restaurant, anddue to business expansion, we are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager tojoin our team.

Job Responsibilities:

* Take full responsibility for the dailyoperations and management of the restaurant.

* Lead the team to provide high-qualityservice and enhance customer satisfaction.

* Manage and train the service team,establishing an efficient collaborative mechanism.

* Control costs, optimize processes, andensure operational efficiency and profitability.

* Handle customer feedback and emergencies,maintaining the brand image.

Job Requirements:

* Singapore citizen or permanent resident(PR) may apply

* Relevant work experience in a high-endChinese restaurant (at least 5 years of management experience preferred)

* Familiar with restaurant operationprocesses and service standards

* Excellent communication and leadershipskills

* Strong sense of responsibility andability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours:

* 5.5-day work week
