Job Description:
•Manage branch operations, optimize service procedures, and ensure SOP, hygiene, and safety compliance.
•Collect and analyze customer feedback, handle complaints professionally, and improve processes to prevent recurrence.
•Assist in promoting marketing campaigns and implement marketing initiatives.
•Efficient manpower planning and rostering.
•Oversee inventory and storage, maximize cost efficiency and resource use.
•Motivate and train team, coordinate work, evaluate staff’s performance.
•Conduct regular branch meetings, communicate updates and promotions.
•Respond calmly to emergencies, follow resolution procedures, promptly report to relevant departments.
•Report feedback nightly including food, service, staffing arrangements, operational status, and provide suggestions.
Job Requirements:
•Thorough knowledge in food and beverage operations.
•Possess excellent communication and management skills.
•Decisive and critical thinker with strong leadership skills.
•Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
•Minimum 7 years of relevant F&B experience with a senior management role.
