Job Summary

Oversee daily restaurant operations and lead the team to ensure service quality, food safety, customer satisfaction, and achievement of business targets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily restaurant operations to maintain high service quality and compliance with food safety standards
  • Manage staff training programs to enhance team skills and performance
  • Schedule employee shifts effectively to ensure adequate coverage during shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Monitor and evaluate staff performance to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
  • Control operational costs and manage inventory to meet financial and business objectives
  • Drive customer satisfaction through proactive service management and issue resolution

Required competencies and certifications

  • Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience
  • Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Strong leadership and communication skills demonstrated in managing restaurant teams
  • Bilingual communication skills in Chinese and English
