At Under Der Linden, part of the Fleursophy Group, we believe great dining goes beyond the plate. Known for our floral-inspired setting, warm hospitality, and pet-friendly charm, we aim to create a welcoming space where guests – both two-legged and four-legged – feel at home.

We are seeking a Restaurant Manager who is passionate about service excellence, operational efficiency, and creating memorable experiences. This is a hands-on role that blends strong floor leadership with strategic oversight, and includes active involvement in planning and executing in-house events, seasonal promotions, and private functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service flow, consistent hospitality standards, and a safe, welcoming pet-friendly environment.
  • Maintain a strong floor presence during service, engaging with guests and supporting the team during peak periods.
  • Oversee staff scheduling, daily briefings, and shift management to ensure operational efficiency and teamwork.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events – including seasonal promotions, community engagements, and private functions – managing all related logistics and timelines.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest feedback or complaints, resolving issues effectively to protect and enhance the brand reputation.
  • Build relationships with regular guests, event clients, and the local community to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Ensure full compliance with all government health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.
  • Uphold company policies, service standards, and operational protocols across all shifts.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of managerial experience in a full-service restaurant or hospitality environment.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for food, wine, hospitality – and comfort around pets.
  • Computer literate with experience in POS and reservation systems.
  • Able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
