Key Responsibilities

As the face of SKI, you will play a crucial role in shaping our guests' dining experiences. Your daily mission includes:

• Welcome and host guests with a genuine smile and a warm, positive attitude from arrival to departure.

• Act as a guide for our menu, providing confident recommendations, answering dietary queries, and actively driving sales through upsells.

• Efficiently take and process guest orders, ensuring 100% accuracy using our POS system.

• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high presentation standards.

• Manage table turnover efficiently during peak hours (clearing, resetting, and organizing seating areas) without making guests feel rushed.

• Uphold immaculate standards of cleanliness, food hygiene, and safety across all dining and service stations in compliance with industry regulations.

• Actively support the team with opening, closing, and shift-change duties to ensure smooth daily transitions.

• Assist with ad-hoc operational tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager to keep the restaurant running flawlessly.

Requirements

• Prior experience in F&B or hospitality is an advantage, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are our top priorities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume restaurant.

• A strong team player who takes initiative.
