Key Responsibilities
As the face of SKI, you will play a crucial role in shaping our guests' dining experiences. Your daily mission includes:
Welcome and host guests with a genuine smile and a warm, positive attitude from arrival to departure.
Act as a guide for our menu, providing confident recommendations, answering dietary queries, and actively driving sales through upsells.
Efficiently take and process guest orders, ensuring 100% accuracy using our POS system.
Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high presentation standards.
Manage table turnover efficiently during peak hours (clearing, resetting, and organizing seating areas) without making guests feel rushed.
Uphold immaculate standards of cleanliness, food hygiene, and safety across all dining and service stations in compliance with industry regulations.
Actively support the team with opening, closing, and shift-change duties to ensure smooth daily transitions.
Assist with ad-hoc operational tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager to keep the restaurant running flawlessly.
Requirements
Prior experience in F&B or hospitality is an advantage, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are our top priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume restaurant.
A strong team player who takes initiative.
