Restaurant Service Supervisor

Job Summary

You will provide excellent customer service and support daily restaurant operations by serving customers, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and attend to customers professionally and warmly to create a welcoming atmosphere
• Accurately take and process customer orders to ensure timely service
• Serve food and beverages promptly to customers to enhance their dining experience
• Clear and clean tables efficiently after customers leave to maintain a tidy environment
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining areas to comply with health regulations
• Respond to customer enquiries and basic requests to support customer satisfaction
• Assist with cashiering and payment processing when needed to facilitate smooth transactions
• Replenish condiments, utensils, and service items to ensure availability for customers
• Follow food safety and workplace safety regulations to ensure a safe environment
• Support team members with additional ad-hoc duties to contribute to overall restaurant operations
• Display leadership capabilities in restaurant operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior experience in food and beverage or customer service roles is advantageous but not required
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays to meet operational needs
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours to perform job duties effectively
