ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Supervise service crews and reception hosts
. Order and purchase of restaurant supplies
· Oversee restaurant daily smooth operations
. Responsible for crew scheduling and coordination
. Handle customer feedback and respond promptly
· Conduct surveys to assess customer requirements, preferences
· Assist the manager to prepare budgets and monitor expenses
· Ad-hoc job given by Restaurant Manager
REQUIREMENTS
· At least 1 years supervisory experience in F&B
· Good interpersonal skills
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Able to establish a good team relationship
