The Role

As a Fine Dining Server, you will be an ambassador of Teochew culture and culinary artistry. You will guide discerning guests through an immersive dining experience, pairing deeply rooted hospitality traditions with seamless, contemporary fine-dining execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultural & Menu Ambassadorship: Articulate the history, ingredients, and meticulous preparation behind traditional Teochew delicacies.

• Table Mastery: Oversee high-end table settings, execute flawless communal and portioned table-side service, and maintain pristine dining areas.

• VIP & Banqueting Care: Manage private dining room experiences for high-net-worth guests, ensuring highly personalized, intuitive, and discreet service.

• Team Synchrony: Work in perfect alignment with our master chefs and front-of-house team to manage a beautifully paced dining rhythm.

  What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a premium Chinese fine dining or upscale hospitality environment (direct experience in Teochew or Cantonese fine dining is highly advantageous).

• Skills: Exceptional knowledge of premium Chinese tea culture, fine dining etiquette, and banquet service pacing.

• Language: Fluency in Mandarin and English to effectively communicate complex menu narratives to our clientele.

• Attributes: Polished grooming, impeccable manners, high emotional intelligence, and a genuine passion for heritage gastronomy.
