RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Catering Sales Executive is responsible for generating catering sales, developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, coordinating catering events, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction while achieving sales and revenue targets.
REQUIREMENTS: Identify and develop new catering business opportunities.
Promote and sell catering services for corporate events, weddings, parties, conferences, and other functions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and event agreements.
Meet with clients to understand their catering requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Coordinate with the kitchen, operations, and service teams to ensure successful event execution.
Monitor sales performance and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
Attend networking events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to generate business.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports.
Perform other duties assigned by management.
