SALES EXECUTIVE

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate Sales Executive to join our sales team. The Sales Executive's responsibilities include generating leads, making sales calls, continuously updating our CRM database, and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Set sales goals and develop sales strategies to achieve targets
• Research prospects and generate qualified leads for the sales pipeline
• Contact potential and existing customers via phone, email, and in person to promote products and services
• Respond promptly to customer questions, inquiries, and complaints to ensure satisfaction
• Prepare and send accurate quotes and proposals tailored to customer needs
• Manage the sales process using designated software programs to track progress and outcomes
• Build and maintain an up-to-date CRM database to support sales activities
• Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to drive business growth
• Participate actively in sales team meetings to share insights and align strategies

Required competencies and certifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the F&B industry

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective customer interaction
• Excellent phone and presentation skills to engage clients professionally
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills to close sales and resolve issues
• Excellent customer service and sales skills to build lasting client relationships
