Sales Executive (Catering)

Kate's Catering is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding our corporate catering portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting, generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and converting opportunities into long-term business partnerships. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy business development, networking, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced catering environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities within corporate, government, educational, healthcare, and community sectors.
• Conduct proactive prospecting activities, including cold calling, email outreach, networking, and client visits.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to generate new catering opportunities.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and catering solutions tailored to clients' requirements.
• Follow up on leads and negotiate contracts to successfully close sales.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to expand business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular pipeline and performance reports.
• Collaborate with operations and culinary teams to ensure successful delivery of client requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in f&b industry
• Familiar with sales in catering, hotel or hospitality.
• Strong lead generation and prospecting skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Bonus to have a class 3 driving licence
