Job Description - SALES ORGANISER

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary

Responsible for managing all operational aspects to achieve profit, revenue, cash flow, and quality targets while driving strategic brand development and business growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

Manage all store operations to consistently meet profit, revenue, cash, and quality performance targets

Develop and implement the brand’s strategic direction and operational plans to support long-term growth

Lead business development initiatives to achieve strategic objectives and expand market presence Create and execute store action plans to drive key performance indicators such as quality audits and sales targets Oversee stock control processes including ordering, inventory management, and consumption tracking to optimize resources Maintain and enforce quality standards across all operations to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance Lead and collaborate with marketing teams to execute effective promotional campaigns that enhance brand visibility Coach, lead, and mentor store teams to improve sales performance and achieve profit goals

Analyze outlet sales and operational data to recommend and implement solutions that enhance business performance Liaise with suppliers to coordinate deliveries, resolve supply chain issues, and maintain competitive raw material sourcing Collaborate with the Supply Chain Department to ensure seamless logistics and inventory flow Partner with HR to align staffing processes with company policies, support recruitment, and manage workforce planning Conduct annual performance appraisals and review compensation packages to motivate and retain talent Work with the Training Department to develop SOPs, evaluate training effectiveness, and deliver staff development programs Maintain prompt communication with finance and logistics teams to support operational efficiency

Review monthly and quarterly business performance reports to identify operational issues and implement corrective actions Maintain availability and responsiveness during store operating hours to address operational needs promptly Foster strong relationships with franchisees and Joint Venture partners to provide ongoing business support

Coordinate cross-functionally with headquarters departments to align efforts and achieve operational goals

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Experience with quality control systems such as ISO or similar standards Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
