We are seeking an experienced individual to join us as Sales, Team Lead. This role reports in to the Regional Director.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth and achieve sales targets across Singapore and Malaysia
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Conduct regular business meetings with customers to discuss sales plans, purchase orders, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Negotiate and manage trading terms, pricing, payment terms and commercial agreements to maximise profitability.
• Plan, monitor and manage customer rebates, promotional budgets, and trade spending.
• Analyses sales performance, profitability and customer performance, and develop action plans to improve business results.
• Identify and develop new distributors and business opportunities to expand market coverage.
• Prepare sales forecast and work closely with supply chain to ensure product availability and appropriate inventory levels.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure effective execution of commercial plans.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to recommend business improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual agreements and internal approval processes.

Requirements/ Qualifications:

• Possess bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, international business or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG, food and beverage or consumer goods sales.
• Proven sales experience in the Singapore and Malaysia markets.
• Strong understanding of the retail landscape, distributors and key customers in Singapore and Malaysia.
• Proven experience in the key account management and / or distributor management.
• Strong management of trading terms, rebate management and commercial negotiations.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship management skills
• Strong analytical, communications and relationship management skills.
• Experience in development new distributors and expanding sales channels.
• Proficient in Microsoft office (excel, powerpoint)
• Good command of written, spoken English and presentation to stakeholders.
