We pride ourselves on creating a one-of-a-kind coffee experience for our customers, focusing on the delicate flavors and aromas that the siphon method extracts. Our space is dedicated to showcasing this brewing technique, from the polished glassware to the perfectly timed flame.

The Role:

As our Siphon Coffee Barista, you will be the maestro of the siphon brewer. Your responsibilities will include:

• Mastery of the Siphon Method: Expertly operating and cleaning siphon coffee brewers to produce consistently exceptional cups of coffee.
• Quality Control: Meticulously weighing coffee grounds, measuring water temperature, and monitoring brew times to ensure every cup meets our high standards.
• Customer Engagement: Educating customers on the siphon brewing process, the unique flavor profiles, and the history behind this fascinating method.
• Brewing Variety: Preparing other coffee beverages (espresso, pour-over, etc.) and non-coffee drinks as needed.
• Coffee Knowledge: Maintaining a deep understanding of different coffee beans, their origins, and their unique characteristics.
• Cleanliness and Maintenance: Ensuring a clean and tidy workspace, including the proper care and maintenance of all coffee equipment.

Who We're Looking For:

• Experience: Proven experience as a barista, with direct experience using siphon brewers preferred. (Training on our specific methods will be provided.)
• Passion: A genuine love for coffee and a desire to continuously learn and improve your craft.
• Detail-Oriented: A meticulous and precise approach to your work, understanding that small details make a big difference in the final product.
