Senior Cook (Italian/Japanese Fusion Cuisine)

Working Address: Various Locations

Monthly Salary: UP to $3400 (Negotiable) 

Working hours: 5.5 day work week | 48 hours per week

Our client is seeking for a passionate and skilled Line Cook to join their kitchen team. 

The ideal candidate will have experience in Italian and/or Japanese cuisine and a keen interest in fusion cooking. 

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead a team and assist a chef

• Prepare and cook a wide range of Japanese and Italian-Japanese fusion dishes with precision and flair.

• Ensure that all dishes are presented to the highest standard and in line with our restaurant's concept.

• Manage kitchen inventory and assist in ordering supplies.

• Create a menu with the chef.

• Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

• Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation requirements by properly 

Qualifications and Requirements

• 3 years of western or Italian, or Japanese cook experience

• Willing to learn and can-do attitude"
