About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior HR Executive / Senior HR Business Partner to support growing operations across Singapore and Malaysia. This role partners closely with business leaders to drive HR operations, payroll administration, employee experience, and compliance while fostering a positive and high-performing workplace culture.
Working Location: Central, Singapore
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
Key Duties
Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, people initiatives, and HR strategies across Singapore and Malaysia.
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, HR policies, and employment practices.
Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for Singapore and coordinate outsourced payroll operations for Malaysia.
Ensure payroll accuracy, statutory compliance, tax filings, leave administration, and employee benefits management.
Support annual compensation reviews, bonus exercises, and promotion processes.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal HR policies in Singapore and Malaysia.
Maintain HR systems, employee records, and HR-related reporting.
Drive HR process improvements, digitalisation initiatives, and audit readiness activities.
Manage employee relations cases, including investigations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
Oversee office administration, workplace services, and external vendor management.
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee experience.
Collaborate with regional and cross-functional stakeholders to support business growth and organizational objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with strong exposure to:

Singapore & Malaysia Payroll
Employment Legislation and Compliance
Employee Relations
Hands-on experience managing outsourced payroll vendors.
Good understanding of Singapore and Malaysia employment laws, statutory requirements, and payroll regulations.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Highly organised, analytical, and detail-oriented.
Comfortable working in a regional and matrix reporting environment.
Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
