Service Associates (Cafe)

Description:

• Learn and be competent in all Front of House duties according to SOP
• Manage customers requests and feedback
• Deliver service level required and uphold standards on speed and accuracy of service
• Learn and be proficient on product knowledge of all items on the menu
• Manage ordering / inventory / cash
• Maintain standards of cleanliness, hygiene and safety at the cafe
• Manage ongoing marketing and promotions at the cafe

Requirements:

• Possess a WSQ Certificate / Diploma in Hospitality or related studies
• Worked in the relevant industry for minimum 1 year
• Equipped with coffee knowledge & barista skill would be an advantage
• Enjoy meeting people and take pride in customer service
• Willingness to work in a fast pace environment
• Good interpersonal skills and able to perform in a team
• 5 days work
