Job Summary

As a Dessert & Drink Specialist, you will deliver warm customer service, prepare and present desserts and drinks precisely, and maintain a clean, comfortable workspace in a premium dessert setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, attentive customer service to enhance guest satisfaction and create memorable experiences
• Prepare and present desserts and drinks with precision to meet Ice & Time’s high-quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workspace and dining area to uphold a safe and inviting environment
• Follow structured training programs to develop skills in tea and dessert culture
• Adhere to punctuality and responsibility standards to support smooth daily operations
• Work collaboratively during peak hours, including weekends, to ensure efficient service delivery

Position Details

• Role: Dessert & Drink Specialist (Full-Time, 5-Day Work Week)
• Working Hours: 12:30 PM – 11:30 PM (Includes 2 hours break)
• Salary Package: Basic $2,300 + Attendance Allowance $300
• Gross Salary: $2,600

Work Schedule

• 5-day work week with 2 fixed rest days arranged between Monday and Wednesday
• Weekend commitment required (Friday to Sunday during peak hours)
