What You'll Do:

• Greet and attend to guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a welcoming café experience from entry to exit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, make thoughtful menu recommendations, and handle POS transactions
• Prepare and serve food and drinks in accordance with Cafe Mary Grace's quality standards and presentation guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café floor, counter areas, and dining tables at all times
• Assist with stock replenishment, opening and closing duties, and other operational tasks as directed
• Handle guest feedback and complaints with patience and a solution-focused mindset, escalating when necessary

What We're Looking For:

• A friendly, can-do attitude with a genuine love for serving people
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Able to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced café environment
• Prior F&B or customer service experience is preferred, but fresh candidates are encouraged to apply
