WHO ARE WE?

Headquartered in Singapore, Stuff’d is a fresh casual, halal-certified Mexican-Turkish concept founded in 2014. First to merge Al Pastor-styled burrito with Western-styled spit-grilled kebabs, Stuff’d has dominated both categories respectively and expanded to Singapore's largest Mexican-Turkish fresh casual chain. Today, with close to 40 outlets in Singapore, Stuff’d is committed to creating tasty, nutritious, great value, and freshly prepared meals while bringing positivity to the communities we serve.

Stuff’d has expanded beyond our shores with close to 10 franchised stores in Malaysia; the flagship franchised store opened in the Philippines in December 2023. We actively seek to increase our regional footprints throughout the Asia Pacific region.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

The Service Crew is essential in maintaining the highest standards of service excellence within the outlet, ensuring customers' seamless and delightful experience.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Service Excellence:

• Deliver consistent and exceptional customer service standards by displaying a friendly, welcoming attitude and promptly addressing inquiries.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and always inviting environment within the outlet, adhering to hygiene and safety protocols.

Preparation Partner:

• Partner with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and cooking of food items before operational hours, maintaining quality and freshness.
• Uphold food safety standards, following recipes and procedures for food preparation.

Food Service Partner:

• Engage customers courteously, prepare orders accurately, and provide recommendations based on menu offerings.
• Address customer queries regarding menu items, ingredients, and special dietary requirements, ensuring an enjoyable dining experience.
• Serve orders promptly and accurately, paying attention to presentation and adhering to service standards.

Cashiering Duties:

• Process customer transactions accurately and handle payments efficiently.
• Maintain POS (Point-of-sale), reconcile sales transactions, and ensure the accuracy.

Flexibility and Team Support:

• Demonstrate adaptability by rotating through various job roles within the outlet to support operational needs and ensure a smooth workflow.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, assisting in tasks beyond designated roles to maintain operational efficiency.
