Role Overview

The Service Crew is responsible for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth front-of-house operations in the restaurant. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and creating a positive dining experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and guide customers’ dining and restaurant experience

• Provide knowledgeable, approachable, efficient, energetic, and thoughtful service at all times.  

• Full knowledge of food and beverage menu items including major components of a dish/drink; this may include ingredients and their source, simple descriptions of unfamiliar ingredients.

• Adhere to all company service standards and protocols.

• Confident and correct use of POS systems for order entry and payment processing. 

• Ensure customers are charged correctly and receive proof of payment in a timely manner.

• Engage management for any guest issue or complaint.

• Stocking and preparing service related items.

• Sets up bar stations according to outlets’ guidelines.

• Follows recipes, portion control and presentation specifications as assigned by the Company.

• Ensure compliance to regulatory of food safety, quality, health and hygiene standard times. 

• Maintain good personal hygiene as well as high work and safety standards at all times. 

• Report on time, in proper uniform and grooming standards. 

• Assist is other ad hoc duties as and when required. 

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Positive attitude with a customer-focused mindset.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions.

• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Prior F&B experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
