Location: Peranakan Place Complex

Salary: Full-Time - up to $2500 + $600 Allowances (with T&Cs apply)

SIGN-ON BONUS: up to $600 (T&Cs apply)

Working Hours:

Friday and Saturday/PH/PH Eve: 11am - 5pm / 5 pm - 2am

Sunday to Thursday: 3pm - 1am

Job Duties:
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
• Establish rapport with guests to build loyal and satisfied customers.
• Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and any special offers.
• Pick up food orders from the kitchen, relay special preferences or allergies to the chef, and serve beverage orders to guests promptly.
• Accurately process and collect payments from guests.
• Clear tables and prepare for service for the next guests.
• Complete closing duties, including storing all reusable goods, breaking down goods, cleaning all equipment and areas.
• Always take responsibility for ensuring a positive guest experience.
• Perform any other assigned reasonable duties and responsibilities as requested by Supervisors or Managers.

Requirements:
1. Maintains a clean, neat, and well-groomed appearance.
2. Able to commit to shift work.
3. Willing to learn.
4. Customer-oriented.
5. Work involves serving alcohol and tasting cocktails.
