Service Executive

We are a modern restaurant looking for a friendly and proactive Service Crew to join our team! If you genuinely enjoy working with people, have the confidence and some experience, and a passion for providing excellent customer service, then we’d like to hear from you!

Our Service Crew will contribute to daily service as one of our Front-of-House staff, and ensure compliance with safety/sanitation regulations. The perfect candidate is an excellent team player, reliable, empathetic and handles difficult situations respectfully.

Salary: S$ 2,800 - $3,400 depending on work experience

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that an impeccable customer experience for guests is maintained
• Manage guests’ expectations and attending to complaints, ensuring that service recovery takes precedence over most considerations
• Assist the Supervisors and Restaurant Manager to ensure that all Front of House team members are well-versed in company’s SOPs, and knowledge of the restaurant’s brand positioning
• Participate in proper communication between Front of House and Back of House operations teams
• To maintain a healthy work environment for all team members and assist to resolve any issues between team members
• Using the POS and reservations software systems
• Execution of delivery orders
• Assist the Events team with the operations of client events held at the restaurant including Weddings and Corporate Events
• Assist in building a database of regular clients and providing them with efficient and professional customer service

Requirements:

• Preferably 1-2 years of F&B and hospitality experience
• Positive mindset and approachable demeanour
• Natural people skills
• A desire to deliver an experience beyond guests’ expectations
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Confidence with learning and handling POS systems
• Great time management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stay calm, organised, and efficient under pressure
• Has great initiative and team leadership skills
