Shop Manager

We are looking for a driven, independent Shop Manager to run our 338 Changi Road outlet solo. If you thrive without supervision, take pride in your work, and love the rhythm of a morning café, this role is for you.

The role

You will open and close the outlet independently, pull great coffee, handle food prep, prepare foodpanda orders, and keep the space spotless.

Your day

6:45 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday, 44 hours per week with a lunch break.

What you'll do

1. Open and run the outlet on your own
2. Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks to our standards
3. Assist with food preparation and packaging
4. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the day
5. Manage stock and flag replenishment needs

What we're looking for

1. Experienced barista
2. Highly independent and self-motivated
3. Reliable, punctual, hands-on
4. Someone who takes ownership and doesn't need to be managed
