SHOP SUPERVISOR

FULL-TIME SHOP SUPERVISOR

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily shop operations and ensure smooth opening/closing
2. Supervise and guide shop assistants
3. Prepare tea, drinks, desserts and other products according to SOP
4. Maintain product quality, hygiene and cleanliness standards
5. Handle cashiering, POS and daily sales transactions
6. Monitor inventory and assist with stock ordering
7. Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally
8. Prepare basic daily sales and operational reports
9. Assist with staff scheduling and training
10. Ensure compliance with company policies and food safety requirements

Requirements:

1. Previous retail, F&B or supervisory experience preferred
2. Responsible, hardworking and able to work independently
3. Good communication and customer service skills
4. Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
5. Positive attitude and team player
6. Relevant F&B experience will be an advantage

💰 Salary: S$2,800 – S$3,500/month

📅 Employment: Full-Time

⏰ Working Hours: Shift-based
