Sommelier

We are looking for a Wine Sommelier to join an esteemed F&B establishment.

Job Summary:

1. Salary: $3,000 – $5,000/month

2. Working Days and Hours: 6-days workweek with 1 rest day, 10:30am to 11:00pm inclusive of 2 hours total break time

3. Location of work: Multiple outlets(Central Area)

Job Responsibilities:

·       Recommend and serve wines to guests

·       Suggest suitable wine pairings

·       Assist with wine inventory and stock rotation

·       Ensure proper wine storage and handling

·       Provide tableside wine and bar service

·       Support daily restaurant service operations

·       Assist with beverage menu updates and promotions

·       Maintain cleanliness of wine and bar areas

·       Stay updated on wine and beverage knowledge
