🍽️ What You'll Be Doing

As the Sous Chef, you'll be the driving force behind a high-performing kitchen—supporting the Head Chef to deliver exceptional food, develop great people, and maintain world-class kitchen standards.

You'll:

• 👨‍🍳 Lead daily kitchen operations, ensuring every service runs smoothly, efficiently, and consistently.
• 🍽️ Deliver exceptional food, maintaining the highest standards of quality, presentation, and consistency.
• 👥 Coach, mentor, and inspire the culinary team to perform at their best every day.
• 📈 Drive operational excellence by managing inventory, reducing wastage, and supporting kitchen profitability.
• 🛡️ Champion food safety and hygiene, ensuring a clean, organised, and fully compliant kitchen.
• 🤝 Work alongside the Head Chef to create an outstanding dining experience and continuously improve the way we operate.
