Special Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Support the technical functions of POS system, Delivery devices, TMS and CCTV requests across HQ and outlets.

• Setup of POS, Delivery devices, TMS and/or other device setup across outlets.

• Troubleshoot POS, Delivery devices, TMS and CCTV for hardware and/or software requests with HQ, Operations and/or vendors.

• Maintain POS product, pricing, promotions, and menu information.

• Monitor POS transaction logs and identify discrepancies.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and data security procedures.

Requirements

• Diploma, Higher NITEC, or equivalent qualification in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in operations support, retail, F&B, or POS administration is an advantage.

• Basic understanding of POS systems with backend input support is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Basic troubleshooting skills

• Working schedule (5 days, 10 hrs - required to work on weekends if required.)
