Core Responsibilities

• Workflow Management: Delegate daily tasks, create shift schedules, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Performance Monitoring: Assess worker productivity, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide actionable feedback.
• Team Development: Onboard, train, and mentor new hires so they fully understand their roles.
• Policy & Safety Enforcement: Ensure strict compliance with company policies, local labor laws, and workplace safety regulations.
• Conflict Resolution: Act as the first point of contact to resolve workplace disputes, address grievances, and handle customer complaints.
• Reporting: Compile operational and performance reports to relay to human resources and senior management.
