Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Food Industry Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow in our food production / food service environment.
Responsibilities:
Supervise daily food preparation, production, packing, or service operations.
Arrange staff duties and monitor staff attendance, performance, and discipline.
Ensure food hygiene, workplace cleanliness, and safety standards are strictly followed.
Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation standards.
Check inventory levels and coordinate stock ordering when required.
Ensure equipment, tools, and work areas are properly maintained.
Train new staff on company procedures, hygiene standards, and operational requirements.
Handle operational issues and report any problems to management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant food safety regulations.
Requirements:
Previous experience in the food industry, F&B, food production, catering, or related field.
Able to supervise and guide a team effectively.
Good knowledge of food hygiene and workplace safety practices.
Responsible, hardworking, and able to work under pressure.
Able to work on weekends, public holidays, or shifts when required.
Basic English communication skills preferred.
