Job Description - Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in overall day-to-day operations.

  • Supervise and coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house activities.

  • Ensure exceptional customer service is consistently delivered.

  • Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.

  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies.

  • Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards in the restaurant.

  • Support staff training, performance evaluation, and scheduling.

  • Oversee cash handling, POS operations, and daily reconciliation.

  • Drive sales by promoting special offers and upselling menu items.

  • Assist in analyzing financial reports and help meet budgetary targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager in a restaurant or food service environment.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

  • Proficient in POS systems and basic computer skills.
