Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily work operations and staff performance
• Ensure work is completed safely and on time
• Monitor attendance, discipline, and productivity
• Report work progress and issues to management
• Maintain cleanliness and proper workflow at the workplace

Job Requirements:

• With relevant food manufacturing experience
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Able to supervise workers and handle daily operations
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work under pressure
• Basic knowledge of workplace safety and procedures
• Willing to work during weekend and public holiday
• Able to work in food manufacturing working experience
