Salary and Benefits

• Basic monthly salary: S$2800-4200
• Final salary will be based on relevant experience, skills, and actual job responsibilities
• Overtime, rest-day, and public-holiday payments will be provided in accordance with the Singapore Employment Act, where applicable, and the employment contract
• Eligible employees will receive the applicable PWM bonus and training arrangements

Working Hours

• Work performed beyond the normal contractual hours will be treated as overtime where applicable
• Reasonable meal and rest breaks will be provided
• Exact shift hours and rest days will be stated in the monthly roster and employment contract

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and supervise the dishwashing, utensil sorting, table-cleaning, common-area cleaning, restroom-cleaning and waste-disposal team.
2. Prepare staff rosters and assign daily duties and work areas.
3. Conduct regular inspections of the food court, dishwashing area and waste-disposal area.
4. Ensure that all cleaning duties are carried out according to company procedures and applicable NEA requirements.
5. Train employees in the safe use of dishwashing equipment, cleaning machines, cleaning chemicals and personal protective equipment.
6. Monitor the stock level of cleaning chemicals, equipment and consumable supplies.
7. Report equipment defects, workplace hazards and safety concerns promptly.
8. Handle hygiene issues, customer feedback and urgent cleaning requirements.
9. Maintain cleaning checklists, attendance records, inspection records and incident reports.
10. Provide hands-on support with dishwashing and cleaning duties during busy periods.
11. Perform other reasonable duties related to the position as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Relevant experience in food court cleaning, dishwashing, F&B cleaning or team supervision is preferred
• Strong hygiene awareness, safety awareness and sense of responsibility
• Able to supervise employees and respond to operational issues
• Able to work rotating shifts and perform duties involving prolonged standing and walking
• Able to safely handle reasonable loads required for the job
• Able to communicate effectively with team members, stall operators and site management
• Relevant WSQ cleaning, food hygiene or workplace safety certification is an advantage
• Required training may be arranged by the company where applicable
