Supervisor

Responsibilities:

·      Lead daily service shiftsand ensure smooth front-of-house operations.

·      Assign staff duties andcoordinate team activities to support efficient service delivery.

·      Monitor customer servicestandards and ensure a positive dining experience for guests.

·      Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards across the restaurant.

·      Support inventory checks, stock monitoring, and proper handling of supplies.

·        Coach, guide, and support junior team members to enhance service skills and performance.

Requirements:

·      Prior experience in Food& Beverage (F&B) operations is preferred.

·      A proactive and positive attitude with the willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges.

·      Prior experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is preferred.

·      Willingness to work on weekends, and public holidays as required.
