Lead and manage the overall F&B Supply Chain operations, including Purchasing, Supply Planning, Warehousing, and Logistics to ensure efficient and scalable processes.
Develop and maintain a standardized, flexible supply network that supports company growth and drives supply chain excellence through continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze end-to-end supply chain processes and contribute actionable insights to enhance business operations.
Oversee transportation operations by reviewing current practices and implementing improvements to ensure timely delivery of goods and supplies.
Develop and align supply chain operational plans with broader company strategies and local business objectives, challenging existing strategies to better meet customer and business needs.
Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company policies while continuously improving supply chain processes.
Manage the local supply chain budget by monitoring expenditures and ensuring alignment with financial targets.
Partner with customer-facing teams to accurately forecast demand and optimize order fulfillment processes.
Implement sales and operational planning processes, including demand and supply planning, to meet customer demand and support effective inventory management.
Manage replenishment and inventory control processes locally, promptly identifying and resolving issues to maintain optimal stock levels.
Oversee regional warehousing and distribution activities, including selecting and managing third-party distribution partners to ensure efficient operations.
Drive adoption and effective use of supply chain information management systems to plan, monitor, and report on supply chain activities and outcomes.
Lead and evaluate the supply chain team by setting clear objectives and holding members accountable for achieving performance goals.
Engage stakeholders by identifying their needs and concerns, communicating effectively to foster understanding and commitment.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Comprehensive knowledge of F&B Supply Chain Management, including procurement and supply chain planning.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations and leadership management.
Proficiency in supply chain principles, negotiation, and purchasing techniques.
Ability to manage complexity and diverse working environments effectively.
Familiarity with Continuous Improvement principles and team development.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across matrix organizations.
Knowledge of global freight, transportation, and logistics best practices.
