We are looking for a Team Leader (Waterfall) to join our team!

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily service operations in Waterfall restaurant
• Ensure food and beverage are served in accordance with established standards
• Supervise, guide, and support service associates during shifts
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly
• Maintain mise‑en‑place, cleanliness, and overall presentation of service areas
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in requisition and stock control processes
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and grooming standards
• Assist in staff training and on‑the‑job coaching

Job Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in restaurant service, preferably in a supervisory role
• Prior experience in a hotel or upscale dining environment
• Familiarity with hygiene, safety, and service protocols
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Guest‑focused mindset with a positive and professional attitude
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
