Waiter

Job Responsibilities

1. Greet customers warmly, lead seating and introduce menu items, recommend signature dishes and drinks.
2. Take orders accurately, deliver food and beverages timely, respond to customer requests promptly.
3. Maintain clean dining areas, reset tables quickly after guests leave, keep tableware tidy.
4. Handle simple customer inquiries and minor complaints politely, escalate complex issues to supervisors.
5. Assist with daily store preparation, stock condiments and table supplies as required.

Job Requirements

1. Friendly, outgoing with good communication and customer service awareness.
2. Able to work shift hours including weekends and public holidays.
3. No relevant working experience required; full on-the-job training provided.
4. Hygienic, responsible and able to work as part of a team.
