Job Summary

Welcome and assist guests by managing reservations, providing accurate wait times, escorting guests to seating areas, and maintaining a clean reception. Respond promptly to inquiries and support a smooth dining experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure to create a positive first and last impression
• Provide accurate wait time estimates and actively monitor waiting lists to optimize guest flow
• Manage reservation systems to ensure efficient seating and booking processes
• Escort guests to their assigned dining or bar areas to enhance their comfort and experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area to uphold venue standards
• Attend to guests requiring extra attention with timely and courteous service
• Respond promptly and efficiently to guest inquiries and requests both in person and via phone
• Distribute menus and address guest queries to support informed dining choices
• Collaborate effectively with restaurant staff to maintain smooth operations under pressure

Required competencies and certifications

• Able to provide customer service in a fast-pacedenvironment
• Good positive attitude and ability to work wellunder pressure with all restaurant staff
• Experience in managing reservation
• Good communication skill (via phone and in-person)
• Good organisational skill with the ability to monitor entire dining area
